Stop Our Stigma
First responders have a 39% higher suicide rate than the general public. The Stop Our Stigma campaign aims to reduce that rate by raising awareness about mental health resources and eradicating the stigma surrounding mental health among EMS providers.

I created two separate marks for the SOS campaign; one for the campaign overall, and one for the pledge itself. The interconnectedness of the separate elements within the SOS icon symbolizes our collective efforts in combatting mental illness within the first responder community, while its rounded corners convey a sense of approachability. Meanwhile, the SOS Pledge icon features a raised hand as if taking a pledge; its organic lines speak to the earnest passion behind this mission, with a hidden "SOS" message within the lines of the hand.
The full campaign included a photo shoot, four billboards, two emails, and three poster designs.
